Josh recently removed and replaced an old radiator with a heated towel rail in my small toilet. This involved moving pipework as the new towel rail was fitted on another wall. josh was punctual .. He diagnosed correctly that the boiler had been wired up incorrectly previously.. He advised I get a new one.. I didn’t believe him , so tried to repair old boiler 5 times!!
